Join us in the fight for a healthier future! Empowering individuals through education, support, and free medical services.
Therestella's Foundation was born from
a deeply personal tragedy when the founder's ( Pharmacist. Therestella Obosu
Tei-Kwabla) twin baby went missing during her cesarean section leading to
profound psychological distress.
Fuelled by this tragic experience, she
has dedicated herself to supporting postnatal mothers facing mental health
crises. Driven by a love for sharing knowledge, She embarked on a mission to
educate organizations such as schools, churches, market places etc on various
health topics on mental health, breastcancer, reproductivehealth etc.
Being
a Philanthropist from a young age where back in school she supported friends and
loved ones in various forms, she channeled this act of kindness and love into
actions, bringing smiles to many people especially the underserved through
community outreach, public health education, and donations. This compassionate
journey is dedicated in loving memory of her late father, Mr. Joseph Clifford
Obosu, ( who was a great Philanthropist and former deputy director of DVLA). Her
story is a testament to transforming personal pain into a positive force for
change, embodying resilience, kindness, and a commitment to the well-being of
others.
We are dedicated to improving the
well-being of individuals and communities in Ghana by advocating for maternal
and child health, and breast cancer, empowering youth, supporting the elderly,
providing public health education, and conducting free health screenings and
outreaches.
Our vision is to create a society where every person, regardless of age or background, experiences improved health and well-being. We aspire to bring smiles to the faces of individuals through targeted advocacy, education, and healthcare initiatives, fostering a healthier and more resilient community.
